Greening Villages
Dedicated To Bringing Solar Power to Communities in Need
Our commitment is to bring light/ solar energy to remote mountainous regions especially the schools
of Nepal.
Winter brings on short days and so to have a source of power stored in batteries for light and the
possibility of Internet for education, especially in the case of medical emergencies, dramatically
improves the quality of a small communities future and of her lives.
We have installed over 20 Solar Panels
for schools in Nepal, and 75 Solar Panels for homes with no electricity
in Phoolbari village as a part of our "Greening One Village at a Time
Project". We have donated many items of necessity, as well
as comfort, to those who have little. The children are experiencing their first exposure to light
bulbs in areas that are so remote they may never have had electricity.
We are also installing bio gas composite toilets, rain water tanks,
and providing modern agricultural tools.

School - Child Sponsorships
Bringing Education to Children and Orphans
The H.O.G. Heaven Foundation is passionate about children receiving the opportunity to an education
and with this in mind - we together - arrange and promote sponsorship for those who
really want to make a difference to support a child's
future - How does it get any better than this? 100% of School Sponsorship goes directly towards the child's education.
Nepal has one of the lowest literacy rates in the world of only 55% - and her children are
desperately in need of outside intervention. Due to the mountainous terrain, remote villages, and the
Governments focus on the National infrastructure, a majority of Nepal’s children are left to fend for
themselves.
H.O.G. Heaven Foundation is pleased to supply Educational Materials (paper, text books, pencils etc.)
as well as Sport and Art Equipment to many of the remote schools - so the children may have an
opportunity to experience the rare gift of expression.
In the picture above you will see a photo of The Sapana Dreaming
Centre for Humanity which began construction in 1999 and whose Patron is Joanna Giles (CEO of H.O.G. Heaven).
This centre is for children who have been orphaned - mainly by land slides or civil war. The
World
Youth International School is next door where the children from Sapana and the neighboring
village attend. Sapana means Dreams in Nepalese.

Assisting During Disasters
POP Hut Shelter Installations
H.O.G. Heaven Foundation helps people in areas of natural disaster.
In 2015, we raised $13,000 USD for the rebuilding of Nepal after the
disastrous earthquake that killed 8.000 and left tens of thousands
of people homeless.
In Dec 2018 a 7.1 earthquake hit the Philippines and in Oct 2019,
another 6.6 quake hit that has left tens of thousands homeless and
without shelter. POP Huts can be installed in 15 minutes at a nominal
cost.
